So it has been a year, I am going to attempt this again. I also have set up a picture website so if you would like to follow that it is: http://theyakimafarinas.shutterfly.com/ I try to update this monthly, but we haven't been anywhere really, so nothing has been added. You will see I post 90% of our pictures there over FB.
I also post random pictures on instagram and you can find me by looking up your facebook contacts. Anyways, that is a quick update.

Random Day
This morning when I woke up I had this daunting task of taking 2 Two yr old and a 3 yr old Boys out for the afternoon. I thought about it all weekend what I could possible do. I came up with the movies. I figured I would take them to the very first showing of Rio and the only ticket to be bought would be mine. Sounded like a plan. Then I chickened out. LOL. Who I was I kidding. LOL
Instead the Mom that I was going to babysit for plans changed and I went to there house and the kiddo's all played out side. : )
When I was getting ready to leave, Mary sprung a box of fruit and explained that everyone "knew" I enjoyed baking and thought I would be able to put it all to use. R U KIDDING ME?
So I made Banana bread and Sean took it to his night meeting. I hate pears and the thought of cooking them grosses me out. Luckily Jade loves them. PERFECT! one everyday until school gets out. Jk.
We live in Yakima and it is the agriculture Oasis of WA. Everything grows here. The other day I met a Bee Keeper. I noticed one of the orchards by our house had a bunch of bee hives. He taught me this::
For Apple trees: A bee MUST visit the flower or bud of the fruit 5X in order for the fruit to "perfect" the next time you are at the grocery store pick up an apple. Look at the bottom and you will see 5 "legs" or bumps, IF a bee visited that flower 5x then all the bumps will be matured if not then the unpollinated part will be immatured, Very interesting. Remember science rubbing the bee and the flower? lol. who knew.
Me! Just Me
So often as a Mom, Wife and everything else that needs to be mentioned, and not mentioned, I forget to do the things that I want to do. Often I hear from Jade "I want to to what I want to do" and very often I want to respond "ME TOO". But when asked, for a long time, I had no idea what interest me anymore.
Then I came to a realization, Is it fair to me ? NO. Would it be selfish of me to take time for me? No. So I thought about what I wanted to do on my free time. I came up with this.
Elizabeth'a Blanket
Sam's
Suki
I also have Max's blanket that I did, but can't find the pictures. : (
I also Enjoy
So I did discover what I enjoy. Banking and sewing along with reading. Granite while I am doing exactly what I want, everything falls to the waist side, but in all honestly. House work will always be there tomorrow, laundry will always be there tomorrow. I have to have an out that I can focus on : )

I'm Back.. LOL
Ok, so after being computer less for over a month I finally have it back. It works great so expect me to be blogging again.
First of all I would LOVE to annouce that Stacy and James have had little "Max" and I mean little. He was slightly early and weighs about 5.5 pounds. I can't wait to see him and I hope it happens before they move here.
Second of all I hope everyone had a very merry Christmas and is looking forward to a fabulous New Year. I hope that everyone has made a resolution to change something this year. Big small or otherwise.
As most of you know we went to Maimi for Christmas and just got home today. My poor Vincent is so confused on the time change. He went to sleep about an hour ago and I really hope its not for the night. We spent at day at the beach a day at the zoo and one day at the Jungle place. We hung out with Dylan and Heather and miss them already. I took over three hundred pics so the ones I post are just a glimpse of our trip. Sean and I celebrated our 3 year annivsary while we where there and he took me to Emrils resturant ( I have been wanting to go for three years) we sat down and I realized it was a southern style menu and I don't like southern food, but I ordered samon and everything was a.o.k.

Happy Birthday Vincent!
Yesterday was Vinnies first birthday and I can't believe how fast the year has gone. I am really sad knowing that I do not have a baby anymore. He is so indepenant and wants to show everyone what he can do.
We took him to the Dr. yesterday and she was impressed with his development. She also thinks that we might not need the braces for his feet anymore. Other then that everything went well and here is where he is at:
Weight born: 9.13pounds 90% Now: 24.2 pounds 75% Total gained: about 15 pounds
Height born: 22.5inches 90% Now: 31.25 inches 90% Total grew: about 9.75 inches
Head born: 13inches 50% Now: 18.25 inches 50% Total grew: 5.25inches
When we got home last night, Sean had gotten some cupcakes so after dinner we sang and Vincent got to eat his cupcake. Next Saturday we are having his Birthday Party at my inlaws house and all Vincents friends and some family will be there.
It is amazing to me that this year has already come. Looking back I can't believe it is already over. I am scared to think how fast the years are going to start coming. Last year today I was sitting in the hospital holding my brand new baby and today my one year old just finished an eggo and now in bed asleep. I love my little Vinnie-the-poo (as Papa calls him) so much and he makes me so happy. Babies are truely a blessing and a joy.
